My name is Loise Wanjiku Ngugi.
Am a Registered Nurse from Nairobi Hospital College of Health Sciences and Degree in Environmental Health from Kenyatta University.
As a nurse, I have developed a key interest in post Hospitalization care; Home-Health Care.
I have over 10 years of experience in patient clinical management and 5 years in the Health Technology space.
I believe Quality care gives dignity in sickness and old age and that’s how I started offering Home care to chronically ill patients and the old at their most convenience.
I founded E-tiba in 2018, which is a medical digital platform that connects patients to caregivers. My work as a homecare Nurse entails taking patients home post-hospitalization, assigning caregivers depending on need analysis and close follow-up to maintain good quality care, and patient satisfaction, and communicating with relevant Doctors to ensure treatment continues.
I am also a poultry farmer with a main focus on organic Indigenous chicken and I sell meat and eggs to mostly close friends, family, and neighbors.
I am an Entire, Mother, wife, daughter, and friend.
In my free time, I enjoy reading good books, especially history books, walking, having deep conversations, and hanging out with my family or friends.
